The Sultani was born from a reverence for the grandeur of the Mughal courts, where every dish was a tribute and every meal an occasion. Ours is a journey rooted in nostalgia: dum-cooked biryanis sealed with patience, nihari simmered through the night, kebabs kissed by fire and history — the wirasat of flavour passed from one generation of khansamas to the next.
